Self-hate is a dim, black hole in our soul that can be difficult to move out of, although easy to fall into. I wrote about some of the reasons why people hate themselves. I want to give you some things to do when you begin to hear yourself say things like, I despise myself, I great, I’m not so bright, youotheror I’m useless. The truth is you’re NONE of those matters. 1) Decide you need to change about yourself

Nobody can make you other than you! It ’s your duty to rearrange your thinking away from all the negative stuff you’ve been believing, and think positive thoughts about yourself. It’s often been said, If I think better, I am going to act better. And if I act I shall feel better.

It takes a real effort to turn negative self-defeating thoughts into positive life-changing ones. But try it! And if you stick with it, you will see you’re feeling better about yourself.

2) Figure out what you CAN change and get it done!

Start to do this today, if you don’t enjoy something about yourself which you can actually alter. Perhaps you don’t like your weightyou can begin eating correctly, and getting! Get involved with a sport or favorite hobby. You’ll be amazed how great it enables you to feel to care for yourself.
Don’t obsess over what you think are your flaws. Work on which you can alter, and ask God to assist you to accept the rest. Create the healthy life you want (and deserve!) Many people get trapped living miserable lives, not realizing they have the opportunity to change their situation. Don’t you get stuck because trap!

3) Build up your self-esteem

Make an inventory of your 10 best qualities.
Can’t think of 10? But try beginning with one. For example, I am a loyal buddy or I care about others,o r I ‘m with how I feel,o r I ‘ve a lot to offer my buddies,o r I am a good listener,e tc.

Then add to the list.
Find out what your close friends and family worth about you. You might be surprised to find out what the people who love you see in you! Your confidence will grow, as you begin to dwell on the good things you offer.

Find the things you love out, try new things, go new areas

 

Make some short-term and long-term targets.
Determine that you would never say the words: I Hate Myself again. Those words are hazardous. Why hate yourself? When there is a lot in you loving that is worth.

 

4) Use gratitude as a weapon against self-hatred

You will find people that dwell on the positive things in their life, matters of which they’re not ungrateful, are generally much more joyful than individuals who don’t.

Negative thoughts, blended with worry, make an individual depressed to live with.
It doesn’t have to be what you understand you should be thankful for something that is but which you actually feel grateful for.

 

5) Remember God loves you

The most effective method to overcome self-hate is really to focus on God’s love. All things considered, He does with all your faults, and if you are loved by God and hurts, it should help it become more easy for us to tolerate ourselves.
